· The panchayat will just exact from the retailers an extra expense for planned operations and upkeep which will not be more prominent than the market cost. Farmers will be paid a fair price because mediators are avoided. By reducing post-harvest loss, the consortium also provides storage facilities there.
The app for shopkeepers will allow adding items to cart, online payment, notifications for new products, pre-booking feature, and recommendation of similar items. The portal is a solution for managing all details, including stocks, bills, online payment to farmers’ accounts, and notifications of bookings by shopkeepers, among other things.
